GlobalGolf guarantees on-time delivery of all shipments utilizing the Standard Guaranteed shipping method. In the event the delivery or attempted delivery fails to meet the "Get It By" date provided at checkout, GlobalGolf will refund the shipping charges to the customer, upon request. The guarantee does not apply to shipments which are delayed due to causes beyond GlobalGolf’s control including, but not limited to, extreme weather events, Acts of God or unforeseen transportation disruptions in the customer’s local delivery area. This guarantee only applies to items that are in stock in our inventory and does not apply to custom orders or Drop Ship Items. The guarantee also does not apply to shipments that are scheduled to be delivered between December 10 and December 25.
GlobalGolf must be notified in writing or by telephone of a service failure within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of scheduled delivery to claim the money back guarantee.
