  • What happens at the end of my UTry® trial?

    We will send you emails to notify you when your trial is coming to an end. On or before the 14th day of your trial, please reply to one of these emails to let us know if you plan on keeping and buying the club or returning it.

    If you decide to keep & buy the club, we will charge your credit card on file for the full price of the club less the trial fee for the club that you've already paid.

    If you decide to return the club, please either use the FedEx return label provided in the box we sent your UTry® club in or print one out from your account. Box up your club(s) safely (be sure to include headcovers, tools, & any manuals), tape the box securely shut, and drop them off at a local FedEx store: http://www.fedex.com/locate/.

    When the club has been scanned and is en route back to us, the temporary hold placed on the card you used will be released. Availability of the released funds will vary depending on individual financial institutions.
