UTry® clubs are meant to be used; however, if clubs are returned with damage beyond normal wear and tear, but are still capable of being repaired by our in-house repair team, we will notify you via email and we will charge your credit card for these repairs according to the repair charge structure below:
If we determine that the club(s) are damaged beyond our repair abilities, we will notify you via email and we will charge your credit card for the full retail price of the club(s) and we will return the damaged club(s) to you. We will not refund the trial fee in this situation.
